Christ of the Abyss

The approximate nine foot bronze sculpture symbolizes peace of mankind from its unusual setting - beneath the ocean at Key Largo Dry Rocks off John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. It is known as the Il Christo Degli Abissi or in English - Christ of the Abyss.

am I having a false-memory or didn't we have a bet as to where that was? . . . and I think I was the one saying it was off the the coast of florida somewheres?

I've mentioned it before...not sure if a bet was placed or anything but I do think you said Florida. My memory of seeing this statue for the first time is warped, remembering it to be much larger.
